Ulcer, again?

Salam.

Hello everyone? How was your weekend? Mine was OK, I guess. Kena gi ofis semalam & hari ni kejap2..Got a few things to settle before off for offshore tomorrow morning.

Anyway, as I mentioned earlier, this week had been a very busy & hectic week for me.
Stress jugaklah. Meeting jer memanjang this week. At first kena flu, pastu dah OK sekali ulcer pulak.. dekat2 ngan tekak.. adoiii..nak telan pun sakitt.. just imagine. patutlah bila makan rasa macam ada benda tersekat jer.. so yesterday I went to clinic.. suluh punya suluh doctor tu cakap ulcer tu agak besar jugaklah.. tulah hari Jumaaat hari tu kitaorang sedap jer pergi belasah makan nasi beriani..hehe..coz every Friday ada nasi beriani yg sedap kat wisma muis tu.. he advised not to eat spicy & oily food, fruits, biscuits.. habis nak makan apa lah pulak.. makan hati jer lah..hehe..

Apapun, ulcer is big sign of STRESS for me.. cam kat UK dulu.. everytime nak exam confirm ada ulcer.. masa busy final year project lagilahh.. sepanjang2 tahun kena.. kejap ada kejap takde..macam biskut laks..haha.. maybe iye kot.. the past 2 weeks ni cam byk follow up nak kena buat..kena deal with contractors lagi.. nak kena kejar Field Planner coz nak booking bedding kat offshore.. esok nak pergi ni pun kira nasib baik jerr dptt.. tu pun lepas aku dah merayu2 kat dia..haha.. justify yg project tu urgent giler.. tp mmg iya pun.. coz selagi tak commissioning CI tu selagi tu lah kacau program member aku ni.. hopefully weather OK for next week..
