new recipes


Salam..

woke up early this morning..(yeah2 coz I slept at 9.30pm without feeling any guilty for not revising..hehe)..was totally penat semalam..

I got my Good Food magazine yesterday!! hoorayy.. byk sgt new recipes(simple & irresistible)and guess what, Ive decided to try on one of those recipes for lunch..
And.....nyaman gak aa..(Im not sure whether its the recipe or me cooking it..hehe..) takdelah..obviously recipe tu lah yg sedap..Nana pun makan gak.. lagipun, masa tu baru lepas chat with mr s.a, so cam excited jer nak masak..semua pun sedap jer rasa..hehe..

ok..here it is, the recipe..

CAULIFLOWER & CHILLI PASTA
Ingredients
500g pack chuncky pasta shapes,such as penne or conchiglie
1 small cauliflower,cut into florets
1 tbsp olive oil
1 small onin, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
2 red chillies, finely chopped
2 tomatoes, roughly chopped

1-In a large pan of boiling salted water cook the pasta according to the pack instructions, adding the cauliflower (along with the small tender green leaves of the cauliflower) for the final 5 mins.
2-Meanwhile, heat the oil in a small non-stick frying pan and cook the onion, garlic & chilli for 3-4 mins until softened. Add the tomatoes and cook for a few minutes until softened and pulpy. Add a laddle of the pasta cooking water stiring to moisten the tomato mixture, then season with salt & pepper.
3-Drain the pasta and cauliflower quite loosely so the cauliflower retains some of the moisture. Return to the pan and stir in the tomato sauce. Divide between bowls and serves right away...

Nak lagi best put some breadcrumbs (after toasting it until crisp & golden on a non-stick frying pan..)

MOST IMPORTANT THING TO KNOW--->PER SERVING:516 kcalories, protein 20g, carbohydrate 102g, fat 6g, saturated fat 1g, fibre 7g, added sugars none, salt 0.07g.

siap kira lagi per serving berapa byk calories, fat, etc ada..SGT sesuai lah for those yg nak diet2 tu..ahaa so ni gambarnya.. hehe..sempat lagi..at least u will have some idea how its supposed to look like..ni dah lepas makan baru amik tau!
