Salam..
hye ppl..how was ur weekend..I cant believed that tomorrow is Monday, whoaa..cepat giler masa berlalu..
I made 'umai', but seriously it did not taste like what it was supposed to.. probably the fish kot.. kat Msia, to make 'umai' yg nyaman, ikan tenggiri would be the best choice! but manalah nak dpt ikan tenggiri kat sini.. no wonder it tasted weird & dun really taste like ikan (somebody said this)..wutt?? Cod tu bukan ikan ehh..hehe..
Ahaa..next week is Christmas, my cousin's engagement day(huh..)and abah's birthday.. yuhuuu.. Im still thinking about his birthday gift.. hehe..
Opps..almost forgot..somebody asked me recipe on how to cook the simplest spaghetti ever on earth..u might want to try this at home..it takes only 15 minutes..10 minutes to boil the spaghetti and the other 5 minutes to cook it.. as simple as that..
Spaghetti with Olive Oil, Garlic and Chilli
Ingredients
half packet of spaghetti
4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil (must use this!)
2 fat cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 red chilli, deseeded and finely chopped
freshly milled black pepper
Begin by putting the pasta on to cook..then just heat the olive oil in a small frying pan and when its hot, add the chilli, garlic and some freshly milled black pepper.. cook these very gently for about 2 minutes, which will be enough time for the flavourings to infuse the oil..
when the pasta is cooked, return it to the saucepan after draining, then pour in the hot oil..mix well, then serve straightaway on warmed pasta plates..

Life is like a roller coaster. As you both sit side by side remember to scream from the peaks, hold hands through the dips, laugh through the loops and enjoy every twist and turn for the ride is much better when you share it together..
